Storeperson – Watters Electrical

Watters Electrical is looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive Storeperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured warehouse environment and is committed to supporting field operations through efficient logistics and materials management.

About the Role

As a Storeperson, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient storage, handling, and delivery of tools, materials, and equipment that support our trades and project teams. Your work directly impacts job readiness, site performance, and overall productivity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Store work, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.

• Preparing materials and equipment for site deliveries and job kits.

• Conducting stocktakes and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Driving or operating company vehicles, machinery, or equipment incidental to your storeman duties (e.g., forklifts, delivery trucks).

• General warehouse maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.

• Providing support to the projects and service teams with logistical needs.

Essential Requirements

• Forklift Licence (LF) & Medium Rigid (MR) Driver’s Licence

• Good communication skills – able to liaise clearly with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.

• Ability to work under direction and independently.

• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and pride in organisation.
