Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 2 years of experience; 0 years with master’s degree.
- Active Secret clearance with an investigation date within past 6 years. * Ability to obtain SAP special access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company. * Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering concepts * Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience using existing program MBSE tools (Cameo/DOORS) * Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience modeling system behavior using Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: * Understanding of Requirements Development and Decomposition * Experience with Product Engineering Development and Life Cycles * Experience with Department of Defense and/or Missile Systems * Experience with Agile development * Experience with Atlassian Products such as JIRA, Confluence, ext.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. #SentinelSystems
Salary Range: $85,400 – $128,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
