#hiring Head Corporate Services for a reputed MNC deals in measuring & analytical instruments business.

Position: Head Corporate Services

Location: Gurugram

Position Overview: This person will be involved in all business processes and responsible for developing the subsidiary with a focus on administrative matters (Finance, Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, HR, IT). As part of the leadership team within the organization, this person will be acting as a business enabler and overseeing the complete support functions of the company. Act as the link to organization headquarters, driving key initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term goals and vision.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

Strategic Leadership:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive administrative strategy that supports the organizations long-term growth objectives
  • Monitoring and managing financial operations, preparing required reports (Balance sheet, P&L) and conducting Board of Directors meetings
  • Assuring the establishment, monitoring and continuous improvement of business processes and systems in coordination with the headquarters
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a custodian of all the business processes and all the statutory, regulatory and legal compliances

People Management:

  • Being a manager of managers, you will be responsible for developing a high-performance culture, fostering collaboration, providing mentorship and professional growth.
  • Establish and monitor performance, drive accountability and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align goals with operational and strategic initiatives, promoting a unified approach to organizational success.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Uphold strong governance practices by establishing and enforcing all policies and internal controls that ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Operations Management:

  • Evaluate and direct processes for improved operational efficiencies
  • Manage day to day activities across the different support functions

Qualification and Required Skills:

  • Experience: At least 12+ years of progressive experience in a supporting role (e.g. Finance, Administration Management) with a proven track record in strategic leadership and management.
  • Education: Masters/ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis and reporting, with strong knowledge of regulations and compliances
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. German language skills will be an added advantage
  • Experience in working with SAP (FI, SD, MM) is a must

Focus on below administrative matters:-1. Sales & Distribution: Order Processing/ payment terms2. Supply Chain: Customs/ Spare parts/ import 3. Office Management: Corporate & Branch Office Operations for Cost Optimization4. Liasioning with Global HQs & Production Subsidiaries

  • The candidate should have an experience to work with European MNCs.
