Position:

Female Senior Hairdresser

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and hair history, providing personalized recommendations.

Hair Coloring & Highlighting: Perform advanced services, including balayage, ombré, lowlights, and color corrections, using Davines and Olaplex products.

Hair Styling & Cutting: Execute precision haircuts, blowouts, hair-ups, and special occasion styles tailored to each client.

Chemical Treatments: Provide keratin treatments, straightening, and other chemical services while maintaining focus on hair health.

Product Recommendations: Advise clients on professional hair care products for at-home maintenance to ensure long-lasting results.

Mentorship & Training: Train and mentor junior stylists, sharing expertise in advanced coloring, cutting, and styling techniques.

Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to maintain expertise.

Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Customer Service: Build rapport with clients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to management.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of European hairstyling techniques.

Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.

Licensed with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a colorist/hairdresser.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent diploma).

Skills:

Extensive experience with advanced coloring techniques, including balayage, ombré, and color corrections.

Expertise in cutting, blow-dries, styling, and chemical treatments.

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.

Familiarity with Davines and Olaplex products.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: AED 8,000.00 – AED 10,000.00 per month

Expected Hours: 48 hours per week

Experience:

Hairstyling: Minimum of 7 years in Dubai (Required)

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing coloring, styling, and cutting techniques is mandatory.
