Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aptitude Trainer to teach both Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude to students preparing for competitive exams and campus placements. The ideal candidate should be adept at simplifying concepts, using shortcut methods, and engaging students in an interactive and result-driven learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Teach Quantitative Aptitude (e.g., percentages, profit & loss, time & work, data interpretation) and Reasoning (verbal & non-verbal, analytical, logical) topics.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and execute effective lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock tests.
  • Student Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback on performance, strengths, and areas of improvement.
  • Concept Simplification: Introduce time-saving tricks and techniques to solve questions efficiently.
  • Exam Preparation: Prepare students for competitive exams such as SSC, RRB, Banking, and campus placement tests.
  • Mentorship: Motivate and guide students in building confidence and enhancing their aptitude skills.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in teaching aptitude and reasoning, preferably at the college level or in training institutes.

Skills:

  • Strong command over Aptitude & Reasoning topics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to teach shortcut methods and tricks for faster problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and aptitude test platforms.

Screening Process:

  • Written Test: To assess quantitative and reasoning proficiency.
  • Demo Session: A mock class to evaluate teaching techniques and clarity.
  • Interview: To discuss teaching experience, subject knowledge, and student engagement approach.
