About the Position: This position is located at Fort Riley, Kansas. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Dispense pharmaceuticals to outpatients. Receive, read, and interpret prescriptions for outpatients written by medical generalists. Compound, prepare, or select and label prescribed drugs and pharmaceuticals. Counsel patients regarding their prescribed medications. Plan and control stock replenishment and stock keeping. Manage, administer, and oversee pharmacy operations.
